Unique , well presented and would recommend. Sadly it was a quiet lunch service but hopefully when people hear about this place it will soon be really busy.Posted on G WTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. 4 of us had a meal there last night, 12 Nov. All 4 of us enjoyed the excellent food and service. OK it's fresh in the memory but I can't think of any better Asian food that I've ever had. Will definitely eat there again.Posted on Wes BisleyTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Love this place, been many times and the food is always superb. Something different than the rest, fresh food, rich flavours not just heat! Not the usual menu, but plenty of choice, the manager will help you choose.Posted on Bob WhiteTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Our first visit to the Green Apple Tree, the menu has some interesting variations on the standard UK Indian restaurant menu, and every dish we had was exceptionally good. The service was as good as the food, so helpful and efficient. Highly recommended.Posted on Alan StatonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great resteraunt, at 1st I couldnt find it as its upstairs and the entrance is down a side passage, but just follow your nose as the smells are amazing. Plenty of tables and lots to choose from on the menu. Indian street food is such a change from normal curries and there all so tasty. Friendly staff and the decor was nice too.Posted on Kirsten WrightTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Staying locally for the weekend we booked the restaurant based on the reviews and we were not disappointed ! We were glad we checked out the location in advance though as it’s above some shops and the entrance is slightly hidden away down an alleyway. Not your traditional Indian with a much shorter menu but still plenty of choice. Every dish we had was beautiful, really well spiced and balanced and so many lovely flavours and not a criticism to be made. Portions were generous too, I brought home a decent biriyani takeaway as there was too much to finish. Service was friendly and attentive. Very highly recommended!
